Each nurse will have to pass the TOEFL and TSE’s exams before going to the United States in order to pass the Nclex.
TOEFL: It is the English official exam Test Of English as Foreign Language, it is recognised by 2400 universities and faculties in the United States and Canada, it is required for foreign applicants at the moment of application. Most of the companies ask for this exam, and advise their employees to pass it.
TSE: It is an english oral exam that qualifies the ability of people who speaks english to use it in a professional environment, it is to say in an hospital for this programme.
Nclex is an exam dealing with the nurse’s knowledge, and it must be presented in english in the United States.
