Course duration: 4 weeks
A thorough study of all areas of language teaching including a grammar review. In the morning you study an LSI 30 Course, building on your language and grammar skills. In the afternoon lessons you will study both modern and traditional teaching methods, classroom management, lesson preparation and testing. There is also the opportunity to use what you have learned in guided teaching practice during the course. This is the ideal course for teachers of English who want to gain confidence, further knowledge and more varied skills.
IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC
The IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC tests are internationally recognised in the English speaking world, highly regarded by companies and a requirement for enrolment at colleges and universities. We offer preparation courses for these examinations as part of an LSI Intensive 30 course. In the morning you study general English classes to build up your level and increase confidence with the language. In the afternoon you take an examination skills class to prepare for the examination and gain the necessary exam technique.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Preparation
This test is a requirement for enrolment at universities and colleges in many English speaking countries, except North America (where TOEFL is required).
