Course Description :
These courses are designed to provide student with a greater understanding of the field of business and management. They are designed to prepare student s to the world of work and are therefore suitable for students before they begin a work carrer.

Human ressources : The Role of RH, Job analysis, Selection and Interwiewing, Training and development, Compensation, Appraisal and career Management.
Finance and accounting : The financial climate, Funding the business, Financial Measurements, financial analysis, Taxations, Valuation.
Management : Management skills, Company structure, Strategy, growth and declines, mergers and takeover, motivations, Working conditions.
Marketing : The role of marketing, Market opportunities, Buyers Behaviour, Products, Pricing, placing, promotion.
Course Business study certificate :
On this course students learn about business studies and economics. Students have the option of the Cambridge BEC Examination. The course syllabus includes :
The economy, Labour relations, Work and Motivations, Production, Marketing, Market structure and competition, Efficientcy and employment, Business Ethics, Governement control and Influence, The business Cycle, Keynesianism and Monetarism, International trade.
