A Placement + English courses for a minimum of 4 weeks

Courses Description :

Trainee study for a minimum of four weeks, at ay regent school. At the end of their study course they should have achieved a Mid-Intermediate level.the trainee then begin his work experience in a british company, for a period of at least 4 weeks and at most 26 weeks. Work experience placement are unpaid, although company usully helps out with travel expenses. The placement provides an opportunity to gain new experience, to develop new business english skills, and last but not leasst to build an impressive C.V.

Improve your english and gain experience of the workplace with unpaid work experience training in the UK company. Let us know your prefered area (e.g. office administration, marketing, hotel mamangement, travel industry, etc..) and we will arange your placement in a suitable company and location.

Course Format

Follow any english course for a minimum of four weeks and we arange a minimum of four weeks'work experience training. Available at : Brighton, Cambridge, Edinburgh, London, Margate, Oxford.

Course Objectives :

By the end of this course you will have :

  Experienced life in a company and practised skills in the real world
  Improved your English in the world of business
  The cambridge ESOL certificate of work experience (if requested and successful).

Application procedures :

  Send us a completed a work expeerience application form, a comprehensive C.V, and a letter explaining what type of placement you are seeking.
  On receipt of these we will sent you a Pre-Course Test. You should complete this without any help and return it to us with the work placement fees.
  Then we sent you a confirmation of your acceptance on the work experience course.   Experienced life in a company and practised skills in the real world
  In the first week of the course at Regent, we arrange a short telephone interview with the work experience officer to discuss your needs.
  The work experience officer contacts suitable UK companies. You are given informaiton on the company. There usualy will be a telephone converstion and a face to face interview.
  Once the company and you agree to the placement we finalise the placement arrangements and arrange accommodation, if required. The work experience officer keeps in contact with you every three weeks to monitor your progress.
  At the end of the work experience, a report, references and certificate are awarded.
